Satyam Bpo Ltd. (Caterpillar Inc)

We operate out of a building at 112/12/10 in the Gorakhpur area of Satara. It's in Maharashtra, and it's a pretty grounded place to work compared to the big hubs. We aren't a big flashy company with a lobby and a fountain or someone at the door to greet you. It’s just an office where we get through the daily grind. We've been here for a while, and the neighborhood knows us as the Satyam Bpo crew. It can get a bit loud outside sometimes with the local traffic and the shops nearby, but we just shut the windows and keep going. Most of us have been working together for years, so we don't need to talk much to know what needs doing. It’s more of a practical environment than a polished one. The chairs don't all match, and the floor has some scuffs from moving equipment around, but the work gets finished on time. We don't have a social media manager or anyone to tell our "story" to the world. We just have the address in 415003 and a bunch of tasks to complete every day. It’s regular work for regular people who live around here. We have a small break area where we eat lunch and talk about the weekend or the weather. Sometimes we stay late when there's a lot of data to handle, but usually, we're out by six. It’s a straightforward life here in Satara. Nothing special, just us doing our bit every day.
