We set up our workspace here in Malkapur, Karad, right near the Kirloskar Company. Being in Agashiv-Nagar means we are surrounded by a lot of industrial activity. The Kalakruti Cement Udyog is right there, so there is always a bit of dust in the air and the sound of trucks moving back and forth. It’s a very practical location for what we do. The office itself is nothing special to look at, just a functional space with some sturdy tables and a few chairs that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time here just keeping track of things and making sure everything is moving along. The drive out here can be a bit long depending on where you're coming from in Maharashtra, but once you're here, it’s a pretty focused environment. We don't have a big staff, so it’s usually just a handful of us. We grab lunch from the local spots nearby, usually whatever is quick and filling. The building is simple and doesn't have any of those modern glass facades. It’s made of concrete and stays relatively cool. Sometimes we have to shout a bit to be heard over the noise from the nearby plants, but we've gotten used to it over the months. We don't bother with fancy decor or anything that isn't necessary. It’s just a place where we come to work and put in our hours every day. It works for us and keeps us busy enough.
