Our company, Sainath Construction & Infrastructure Pvt Ltd, is over in Satara. We operate out of a place called Rajgruhi, which is at number 33 in Ajinkya Colony. It’s a quiet residential neighborhood, which makes for a peaceful place to work on our construction plans. We aren't some massive corporation with a skyscraper. It’s a local office where we keep our blueprints and site reports. The colony is pretty well-known in Satara, so people usually find Rajgruhi without much trouble. We spend a lot of our time out at actual construction sites, but this is where the paperwork happens. The office is just a regular building with a few rooms and some computers. We’ve been here in Ajinkya Colony for a good stretch of time. It’s where we meet to talk about upcoming infrastructure projects. There’s no fancy lobby or coffee bar here. We just have a kettle and some desks. The team is small, and we all know each other well. We started Sainath Construction because there was work to be done around Satara and we knew how to do it. It’s not always easy, and sometimes the office gets a bit chaotic with all the documents, but we manage. Being at 33 Rajgruhi feels right for us. It’s a practical, local home base for the work we do. We don't bother with corporate talk; we just focus on the buildings and the infrastructure. It’s just how we operate in Satara.
