You can find us at Plot no.W-96 in the Additional M.I.D.C area. Sai Industries has been operating out of this spot for years, and the neighborhood has changed a lot since we first moved in. It’s a typical industrial zone where everyone is busy with their own production schedules. We do a bit of everything here, mostly focused on the daily grind of manufacturing. Our workshop isn't exactly a showroom. It’s full of tools, raw materials, and the smell of metal and oil. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, which usually means we all take a quick break outside until the generator kicks in or the grid comes back online. It's just one of those things you deal with when you're based in an industrial estate. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to get through the work orders and make sure the parts we send out are decent. Most of our staff lives nearby, so we have a pretty good rhythm going. The office desk is usually piled high with paperwork and delivery notes, but we know where everything is. It looks messy to an outsider, but it works for us. We don't spend money on fancy websites or glossy brochures. We'd rather spend that time making sure the machines are greased and the staff is paid on time. It’s a straightforward way to run a business and we like the independence it gives us.
