Ruby Realters

You can find us at G 3 in the Konark Apartments. We are located near Cooper Colony in the Sadar Bazar area of Satara. It’s a ground-floor space, which makes it easy for people to just wander in when they’re passing by. Sadar Bazar is usually quite active, with shops and people moving around all day. Being Ruby Realters in a place like Satara means we spend a lot of time talking to locals about land and homes. The office is small and a bit crowded with maps and papers piled on the desks. We have a couple of chairs for visitors, but they aren’t very comfortable. We mostly drink a lot of tea while looking over property documents. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are too busy to worry about that right now. Outside, you can hear the sounds of the market and the scooters buzzing past. It’s a very local vibe. We know most of the neighbors and the other shopkeepers around Cooper Colony. We don't have a website that works half the time, and we prefer just talking to people face-to-face anyway. It’s how things have always been done here in Satara. If you come by, you’ll probably find one of us on the phone or looking at a blueprint. It’s just a regular local business trying to help people find a place to stay. We don't have many employees, just a few of us who have lived here forever.
