Ruby Nedical Services-Ruby Hall Clininc /Grant Medical Found

We are part of the Ruby Medical Services team, specifically working under the Grant Medical Foundation. Our office is handled by the Sp Lawand Executive Officer here in Maharashtra. It’s a busy place with a lot of paperwork and people coming through. We deal with a lot of hospital coordination and making sure the clinical side of things has what it needs. It isn't always glamorous work, mostly just staying on top of the schedules and the daily needs of the facility. Being in the medical field means things can get pretty stressful quite quickly. We don't have time for fancy talk. We just focus on the tasks at hand. Whether it's managing records or helping out with the administration, everyone here has a job to do. The foundation has a long history, and we're just a small part of that bigger machine. It’s a lot of responsibility because people’s health is involved. We try to keep everything organized, even when the hallways get crowded. You'll find us working through the files and making sure the doctors have what they need to do their jobs. It’s steady work and it keeps us on our toes. We’ve been in this location for a while, serving the local area as best as we can. It’s about being there when the community needs support. Sometimes the days get long, but that is the nature of the work.
