You can find us at Door No B 5 in the Yugwart Building. We are right in Sadar Bazar, which as anyone knows, is a pretty hectic place to be. There’s always someone shouting or a truck unloading something right in front of the door. Rps Biotech Pvt. Ltd. is a small operation, just a few of us in a couple of rooms. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re too busy to worry about that. We have been working out of this spot for a good while. It feels more like a workshop than a corporate office. There are boxes everywhere and the shelves are crammed with samples and files. We don't really do the whole polished business look. Our shoes are usually a bit scuffed from walking around the market. We spend a lot of time talking to vendors and making sure the supplies are moving correctly. It’s a lot of phone calls and ledger entries. When it gets hot in the afternoon, we just turn the fans up and keep at it. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s our life. We know the neighbors and the local tea stall guy knows exactly how we like our drink. It’s just about showing up every morning and putting in the hours. We don't promise anything we can't do. We just keep our heads down and work.
