Radiant Tools

Radiant Tools is located at Plot No. W-19 in the M.I.D.C. Industrial Area. This is a big industrial zone where everything is about production and manufacturing. Our plot has a small building where we keep our stock of various tools. It is not a place for window shopping or looking around. Most people who come here already know exactly what they are looking for. We deal with industrial-grade tools that are used in factories and large workshops. The environment around W-19 is very industrial, with a lot of trucks moving in and out all day long. We have a small office area at the front with a couple of chairs and a dusty fan that makes a lot of noise. Most of our day is spent in the warehouse area checking the inventory and packing orders for delivery. We don't have a big sign outside, just a simple one so people know they are at the right place. The M.I.D.C. area can get very quiet at night but during the day it is full of noise and activity. We have been operating from this plot for many years now. We don't have a website or any digital catalogs to show. We just use the physical books we have on the shelf. Sometimes we have to order things from far away and wait for the transport to arrive. It is a slow process sometimes, but we are used to it. Radiant Tools is just a small part of this big area.
