We are located in Phaltan, which is a bit of a distance from the main Pune city, down in the Satara district. Our office is in Mahatapura Peth, specifically in the Maltan area. It’s a quiet town compared to the city, but we stay busy with all the construction and reality work we do around here. The building we’re in is pretty simple, and we spend most of our time at our desks or out at the project sites checking on the progress. There’s a lot of paperwork involved in what we do, so you’ll see stacks of files and maps of the local plots everywhere. We usually have the local radio playing in the background while we work. The weather can get quite dry in this part of Maharashtra, so the office can get a bit dusty. We drink a lot of water and tea throughout the day. People from the nearby villages often drop by to ask about land or how the building work is going. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything; it’s just us and a few staff members who know the local land records and the construction basics. We just try to keep things moving and get the projects finished on time without too much fuss. It’s straightforward work, really, just day-to-day management of the sites and the office tasks. We aren't trying to be fancy, just getting the job done.
