Patankar Hospital

Patankar Hospital is located right in Patan, not too far from Koyna Nagar. It’s a scenic area, but the work we do inside is very much down to earth. We’ve been here serving the local people for quite some time. The building is solid and has seen many years of use. We don't have a huge team of specialists, just a group of dedicated people who know the local community well. Patients come in from the surrounding hills and the town itself. Sometimes the weather makes it hard for people to reach us, especially during the heavy rains we get around here. When that happens, things get a bit quiet, but usually, there’s a steady stream of folks at the door. We handle all sorts of things, from minor injuries to more serious illnesses that need a few days of stay. The rooms are basic but functional. We focus on getting people back on their feet so they can go back to their farms or jobs. It’s hard work, and the shifts can be exhausting. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or big signs. Everyone in Patan knows where we are anyway. We just try to keep the place running smoothly and make sure everyone gets seen. It’s a simple life here, and we are glad to be a part of it.
