Parshwa Architects

If you are looking for us, we are tucked away at 573 in Patan Colony over in the Shaniwar Peth area of Karad. It is a quiet enough neighborhood most of the time which is nice when you are trying to draw up plans or look over site photos. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside but inside we have got our drawing boards and computers all set up. There is usually a bit of dust from the rolled-up blueprints sitting in the corner. We have lived and worked around Karad for a long time so we know how the local building stuff goes. Sometimes the neighbors pop in just to say hello while they are out walking. We spend a lot of time arguing over where a window should go or how to fix a structural issue that popped up. It is not always glamorous work and there are plenty of late nights when the coffee runs out. We don’t have a big receptionist or a waiting lounge with fancy magazines. Usually, you just walk in and one of us will look up from a desk. We try to keep things organized but with all the papers and site maps it gets a little messy by Wednesday. That is just how we operate here at Parshwa Architects. We like being part of the colony life and just doing our jobs day by day.
