Our office is out in Borkhal, which is a bit of a drive from the main Satara city. We operate Parijat Builders right from here, near the post office. It’s a quiet place compared to the big cities, and we like it that way. Most of our work involves building things around the district, so we spend a lot of time on the road or checking out sites. Being in Maharashtra, the summers are tough, but the monsoon makes everything green around the village. We started this because we knew the area well and saw people needed things built properly. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us, some local workers, and a lot of cement and bricks. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but we just keep working through it. People usually just drop by the office if they need to talk. We know our neighbors and they know us. It’s a small community where your word matters more than a fancy brochure. We handle the paperwork and the labor, trying to make sure the walls are straight and the roofs don't leak. It’s simple work but it keeps us busy from sunrise to sunset. If you’re ever passing through Tal-Dist-Satara, you’ll find us easily enough near the post. We just focus on the building part and let the rest take care of itself.
