Paranjape Scheme Construction

Our office is over in Nagthane, which is in the Satara district of Maharashtra. We have been here for a good while now. We mostly focus on construction projects in this specific part of the state. It is a very quiet place to work from. We do not have any of those big corporate offices with air conditioning in every single room. We just have a few rooms where we keep our maps and old records. Usually, we are out on the field looking at different sites. Satara is a nice place to live, and Nagthane is where we decided to set up our base. We know the local people well and we understand how things work around here. We do not try to act like we are from some big city. We just do our work and talk to our clients like they are our neighbors. Sometimes the phone lines do not work great, or we have to wait a long time for supplies to arrive from the bigger towns. We just take it as it comes. It is a practical way to run a small business. We do not have a mission statement or anything like that. We just build things that people actually need. We like being a part of this local community. It is a simple life and the work is steady. We just keep doing what we know how to do every day.
