Om Ice Cream Parlour

Our shop, Om Ice Cream Parlour, is located in Village-Mandavan Farata. We are right near the bus stand in the taluk area. It’s a quiet village mostly, but the bus stand keeps things moving a bit. We started this place because there weren't many options for cold treats around here for the kids and families. It’s a very basic setup, just a few freezers and a counter. We don't have any fancy decorations or lighting. Most of our customers are locals from the village or people passing through on the bus. We know almost everyone who walks through the door by now. It’s a nice way to stay connected with the community and hear the local news. We work long hours, especially during the summer months when the sun is really harsh and people are thirsty. The electricity can be a bit unreliable at times, so we have to be careful with the stock and use the generator when we must. We don't do any big advertisements at all. People just know we are here. It’s an honest business and we try to do our best every single day. We aren't looking to expand or do anything corporate. We just want to keep the shop running well for the village. It’s a simple life and we are happy with it. We hope to stay here for a long time yet and keep things going.
