New Consolidated Construction Co.Ltd.

Our office is located at Ashirwad Niwas, right near the Sushma Petrol Pump in Khed. Being in Satara, specifically in the 415001 area, means we are right in the middle of a lot of activity. We’ve been doing construction stuff for a long time now under the name New Consolidated Construction Co.Ltd. It’s a family-style setup, really. Most of us grew up around here. When the trucks come in to fuel up nearby, we’re usually already starting our shift. The office isn't much to look at, just desks and a lot of blueprints rolled up in corners. We don't have a big reception or anything. People just walk in if they need to talk about a project. It gets a bit noisy with the traffic from the main road, but we like being where the action is. We handle a lot of different jobs, mostly heavy lifting and structural things. Sometimes the rain slows us down, but that's just part of the deal in this part of Maharashtra. We don't do much talking, just get the cement mixed and the steel set. If you’re driving past the pump, you’ll see our sign. It’s a bit faded from the sun, but it’s still there. We focus on the daily tasks and making sure the sites are safe. It’s honest work and we’ve been doing it this way for years. We don't mind the noise and the grease because it means work is getting done.
