M/S.Model Developers

Our office is over in Satara at Plot No.11 in the Prasad Housing Society. We are right near the new Mahada buildings in the Sadar Bazar area. It is a busy part of town with a lot of construction always going on around us. Model Developers is not a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We are a smaller team working out of this local office. We have blueprints spread out on the tables and samples of tiles tucked into the corners. It is a bit of a mess sometimes, but that is how we work. People walk in from the street to ask about projects or just to say hello. The atmosphere is pretty casual. We wear regular clothes and spend a lot of time on site checking on things. Satara is a growing place, so there is always something to do. We don't use big words to describe our work. We just build things and try to make sure they stand up well. The phone rings a lot, and we spend a good chunk of our day coordinating with laborers and suppliers. It is practical work. We deal with the rain, the heat, and the local regulations. It is not always smooth, but we get the jobs finished. That is just how life is for a developer in a place like Sadar Bazar.
