We've been working out of our office at Anandvan Apartment in Vyankatpura Peth for quite a while now. Most people around Satara just know us as Model Developers. It is a small setup here in Flat No. T-19 on the third floor. We spend a lot of our time out on actual building sites, so the office is mostly for handling paperwork and meeting folks who want to talk about building something new. Satara has changed a lot since we started, and we have seen many new apartments and shops come up all over the place. Our day usually starts pretty early in the morning. We spend a lot of time dealing with various contractors, getting materials sorted out, and making sure the labor shows up. It is not always easy work, and things get delayed sometimes because of the heavy rain we get here or just general labor issues, but that is just how this business goes. We handle the planning and the actual building work ourselves without much fuss. If you walk by Vyankatpura Peth, you might see our small sign out front. It is a relatively quiet neighborhood most days. We like it that way because we can actually sit down and get some work done without too much noise from the main road. People often come in to ask about small plots or how much it might cost to put up a simple house. We just tell them what we know based on the stuff we have already built. There isn't a big team here, just a few of us who know the local Satara area really well.
