Mega Recruitment Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Satara, specifically in the Mangalsagar building. It is located in the Vikasnagar part of Sangamnagar, which is a pretty busy neighborhood most of the time. The pincode here is 415003 if you are trying to find us on a map. Our office is not anything too special to look at from the street. It is just a practical place where we get our work done. The stairs are a bit narrow and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint one of these days, but it works fine for us. Satara gets quite warm in the afternoons, so we usually keep the windows shut and the fans going at full speed. Most of our day is spent talking to people about jobs and looking through stacks of papers. It gets a little loud sometimes when everyone is talking at once. We have a small corner where we make tea and coffee, and that is usually the busiest spot in the morning. Being in Mangalsagar means we are close to a few good snack stalls, which is handy for a quick break. We are not some huge corporation with fancy branding or anything like that. We are just local people working here. Sometimes the printer jams or the light in the hallway flickers, but that is just part of being in an older building. It feels right being here in Sangamnagar. It is a very grounded place to be.
