Marvel Realtors

Our spot for Marvel Realtors is down in Karve, which is part of Karad in the Satara district. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but it’s where we are based. The village feel is very real here. You can hear the tractors going by and sometimes people are just walking their cows past the front door. We have a small office space with some basic furniture. It’s mostly just a place to keep the records and meet people face to face. We don’t really do the whole digital thing as much as the city offices do. Most of our work is done on paper with pens that always seem to run out of ink when you need them. The afternoon sun hits the front window pretty hard, so we usually keep the curtains half-closed. It makes the room a bit dark, but it’s cooler that way. We know almost everyone around here in Karve. People drop in just to say hello or ask about some paperwork. We don’t have a receptionist or a lobby. You just walk in and someone will be sitting there. It’s simple and it works for us. We’ve been in this part of Satara for a while and we’re used to the slower pace. It’s nice not to have to deal with the Pune traffic every single day. We just focus on what’s in front of us.
