About Manas Aqua Pvt. Ltd. – Engineering in Satara
If you find yourself in the MIDC area near Village Tasawade, you’ll see our building at plot C-12. It’s a typical industrial spot in the Karad taluka. The sun hits the metal roof pretty hard in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going inside. Manas Aqua has been operating from this corner of the estate for some time. We aren’t a huge corporation with suits; mostly it’s just guys in work shirts moving crates and checking the water lines. The village is right next door, so a lot of the staff just walks or takes a cycle to get here. Around lunch, everyone sits outside in the shade if there’s a breeze. The machinery makes a steady hum that you get used to after a few days. We deal with the daily logistics of getting water bottled and loaded onto the small trucks that head out toward Karad or the highway. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which is just part of life in this part of the country. It’s dusty on the roads leading into the MIDC, but inside we try to keep things as tidy as possible. We don't spend much time on computers; most of the work happens on the floor with the bottles. It’s honest work and it keeps the local families going. Everyone knows their job and we just get through the daily schedule without much fuss.
