You’ll find us at House Number 41 in Mumbai. It’s one of those spots that’s tucked away, but we’ve been here long enough that we know all the local shortcuts. Working in a city like Mumbai is always a bit of a scramble. There’s never enough space for anything, and the noise from the street is just part of the background music for us now. We don’t have a flashy sign or a big glass front on our building. It’s just a solid old house where we get our business done and manage the team. Most days, the phone doesn't stop ringing, and we're trying to coordinate between the people out in the field and the paperwork piling up on the desk. We keep things down-to-earth because that’s what works best for us. If someone comes by to talk about a job, we pull up a chair and maybe get some tea from the stall around the corner. It gets very humid here, especially in the afternoons, so we have the old fans going full blast most of the time. We handle a lot of different bits and pieces for various jobs across the city. It’s a lot of juggling, really. Some of us have been working together for years, so we don't need to say much to know what needs doing. We just show up, do the hours, and head home on the train like everyone else. It’s a practical life.
