Laxmi Tea Trading

Laxmi Tea Trading is located at Shop No-130, right at Karve Naka in Karad. It is a very busy junction, and we are situated quite close to the Ganpati Mandir. You can often hear the bells from the temple during the morning aarti. Our shop is one of many in this area, but we focus mainly on tea trading. We have different varieties of tea leaves sitting in bins and bags. The space inside isn't huge, so we have to be careful how we stack everything so there is room for people to stand. Karad is a place where people really appreciate a good cup of tea, so we stay fairly busy. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks or big banners. Most of our regulars are local shopkeepers or families who have been buying from us for a long time. They just walk in, ask for their usual amount, and we weigh it out for them. Sometimes the traffic at Karve Naka makes it hard for trucks to park, so we have to move fast when a delivery arrives. We spend a lot of time cleaning the counters because tea dust gets everywhere. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that; we just open the shop, sell the tea, and go home to our families at night.
