Kumar Builders, Pune

Even though the name says Kumar Builders, Pune, we are actually working out of 319/A in Shukrawar Peth over in Karad. It’s a bit of a distance from Pune, but we handle projects across this part of Maharashtra. Karad is a nice place to be based because everyone knows everyone, and word travels fast if you do a good job. Our office is a simple room in Shukrawar Peth where we keep our site diaries and all our permits. It’s not a very modern space, but it has everything we need to keep things running. We spend a lot of time on the road, going back and forth between different building sites and checking on the progress of our projects. Construction is hard work and it can be pretty exhausting with the heat, but we’ve been at it for a long time. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just build houses and shops and whatever else people need around here. Sometimes the deliveries are late or the weather shuts us down for a few days, but we always find a way to get back on track. We are just a small group of people who know how to handle bricks and mortar. We don't have a fancy website or a big sales team, just our reputation in the neighborhood for getting things finished.
