Our facility is based at Gat No. 463-A, B, and 464 in Mauje - Dhangarwadi. It's out in the Khandala Taluka within the Satara district. It's a bit of a drive to get out here, but we have plenty of room for our automation and robotics setups. Even though the name sounds very high-tech, we are just a bunch of people working in a large shed in rural Maharashtra. We spend a lot of time putting together parts and testing out how things move. It's a lot of trial and error some days. The floors are concrete and there are cables running all over the place. We don't have a lobby with a receptionist; you usually just walk in and find someone in overalls. The weather in Satara can be quite nice, which helps when we are working long hours on a tricky robot assembly. We use a lot of local hands for the assembly work. Most of us have been here for years and know the layout of the Dhangarwadi site by heart. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy talk. We just want the machines to work like they are supposed to. Sometimes we stay late because a program isn't running right. It’s just how it goes with this kind of work. We’ve been at this spot for a long time and it suits us well. No big city stress out here, just robots and long days.
