Kanase Foods And Spices is at Plot Number 2 in the Baravkar Nagar Colony. This is near the Sambhaji Nagar Gram Panchayat in MIDC Satara. Being in an industrial area means there is always a lot of noise from the nearby factories and trucks. We focus on our foods and spices in a very practical way. Our floor is concrete and we have metal racks for the stock. We wear simple clothes and spend the day measuring out spices into smaller portions. The air in Satara can get quite dry. We don't have a big corporate team; it’s just a few of us doing the daily tasks. We take our lunch breaks together when things are quiet. The office part of our shop is just a small corner with a table and a couple of ledgers. We don't really use social media or do big sales pitches to anyone.
