Kalpataru Properties Pvt. Ltd is based out of a small place called Narbatwadi. If you are looking for us on a map, our post office is Diwad and we are located in the Man Taluka within the Satara district. It is a bit of a trek to get out here if you are coming from the bigger cities, but this is where we live and do our work. Being out in the rural part of Satara means things are a bit slower and more personal. Our office is just a plain room where we keep our files and meet with the local farmers and families who need help with property matters. We don’t have any fancy signs or a big reception desk. It’s usually just one or two of us here handling the daily tasks. We spend a lot of time walking the land and talking to people about their boundaries or sales. Sometimes the power goes out or the phone lines act up, but we always manage to get the job done eventually. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world; we just want to be the ones who know Narbatwadi and the surrounding villages the best. Most of our business comes from people who have known us for years. We don't see the need for big advertisements when a simple handshake still means something around here.
