Jal Sagar Dhaba

We’ve been running Jal Sagar Dhaba for a while now on Koregaon Road in Satara. If you’re driving through or coming from the Natraj Mandir side near Bombay Restaurant, you’ve probably seen us. It’s just a simple place where people stop when they’re hungry. We do a lot of typical dhaba food that people around here like. Lately, we have been getting folks coming in from Solapur too, which is nice to see. The place isn't fancy or anything, just some tables and chairs where you can sit down and eat a proper meal after a long drive. My family helps out and we try to keep things moving so nobody is waiting too long for their roti or dal. It gets quite busy in the evenings when the trucks and cars pull in. We don't have a big fancy menu, just the usual stuff that tastes like home. Most people know where we are because of the landmarks nearby. We just focus on making sure the food is hot and there's enough of it for everyone. You don’t need a reservation or anything like that, just pull up and find a spot. We’re right there on the main road, easy to spot if you’re looking for a quick bite before heading back out. It’s a lot of work keeping up with the rush, but we enjoy seeing the same faces coming back. That’s pretty much how we run things here day after day.
