Gerald Pharmaceutical Llp is based up in Mahabaleshwar, which is in the Satara district of Maharashtra. Our office is at number 14 in the Namdev Society. Being in a hill station like Mahabaleshwar makes for a very different work environment compared to the hot plains. The air is cooler and things move a little slower here. We are a limited liability partnership and we handle various pharmaceutical needs for the region. Our office in Namdev Society is a modest place. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who look after the operations. Most of our work involves coordinating between manufacturers and the local chemists or hospitals in the Satara area. It can get very rainy during the monsoon season, which sometimes slows down the transport, but we are used to it by now. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working on the computer to keep the business running smoothly. The society where we are located is a quiet residential area, so we try not to make too much noise. People around here know us as the local pharma people. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. We just focus on providing what is needed and keeping our books in order. It is a straightforward business and we plan to keep it that way for the foreseeable future. Mahabaleshwar is a beautiful place to live and work.
