We are operating out of Flat No. 3 in Krishna Apartments, which is in the Radhagovind Nagar area of Karad. It’s a small town in the Satara district, and our office is just a regular apartment we’ve turned into a workspace. It’s got a kitchen where we make our coffee and a balcony where we sometimes take a break. The main living area is filled with desks and a big table for looking at large-scale drawings. It’s a quiet residential building, so we try not to make too much noise, although the printers can get going pretty loud sometimes. We handle the engineering projects and roadwork happening in this part of Maharashtra. The team is small, just a handful of people who know the local area and the sites we are working on. We spend a lot of our time traveling between the office and the construction zones. It’s a comfortable enough place to work, though it gets a bit crowded when we have all our files out. We don't have a big sign outside, so most people just know us as the engineers in Flat 3. It’s a very local, down-to-earth way of doing business. We focus on the details of the projects and make sure everything is moving according to the plan we’ve set. The neighbors are nice and it’s a good location for us to keep things organized. We’ve settled in quite well here. It works for us.
