Criti - care Centre

We are set up at number 28 in the Kalyani Estate. It is a decent enough location and not too hard for people to find once they actually get inside the estate. The center is basically where we spend all of our hours during the week. It is a place meant for people who really need some help, so things can get pretty serious once you step inside. We do not spend much time on decorations or trying to make the place look pretty. It is more about making sure we have the right equipment in the right spot when it is needed. The staff here is very used to the daily routine. We have our shifts, and we just keep the place running twenty-four hours a day. Kalyani Estate is generally okay, though the roads inside can be a bit bumpy depending on the season. We see people coming in at all hours, sometimes even in the very middle of the night. It is not the kind of place you come to for a long chat; it is for medical matters. We do not have any big advertisements on the radio or in the newspapers. Most people know about us because they live nearby or their own doctor told them to come here. We just keep the floors clean and the machines running. That is about the extent of it. We are just a team of people doing our jobs.
