Consolidated Hoists Pvt. Ltd. is located at Plot No- G-1 in the Old MIDC area. This is an industrial zone, so we are surrounded by many other workshops and factories. Our business is focused on hoists and lifting equipment for industrial use. It’s heavy-duty work and the shop floor is usually quite loud with the constant sound of grinding and welding. We have a plain building that serves as both our office and our workshop. It isn't a very pretty place to look at, but it’s where the actual work gets done. There are always parts and half-finished machines lying around the floor. We’ve been here for many years and have seen the area change a lot. The people working here are experienced and they don't mind getting their hands dirty with oil and grease. We aren't a big corporation with many layers of management or fancy meetings. It is just a few of us who understand how these machines work and how to put them together. Sometimes we stay late to finish an order that needs to go out the next morning. It can be a tough job, especially when it’s hot outside, but it is what we do to earn a living. We don't have any fancy brochures or a polished image for the public. We just provide lifting solutions for other businesses that need them. It’s a basic, honest operation where we focus on the mechanical side of things and getting the units built properly.
