Our company is Atlasha Global Impex Llp and we are situated in the Addl MIDC area of Satara. Specifically, we are at Plot Number 05/419. Being in an industrial zone like MIDC makes things easier for us because that’s where the activity is. We handle global impex, which means we are dealing with a lot of cross-border trade and logistics. Satara is a good place for us because it’s not as crowded as Mumbai but still has the infrastructure we need. We operate as a limited liability partnership. The office is pretty basic, just a place for us to keep our records and manage the trading side of the business. We spend a lot of time checking on supply chains and making sure everything is moving according to plan. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. The industrial area can get a bit noisy with all the factories around, but we are used to it. We don't really do much in the way of marketing or big presentations. We just focus on the actual work of importing and exporting goods from our Satara base. It’s a steady way to do things. Most of our day is just spent on the computer or the phone, making sure the global side of the business stays on track. We don't have any fancy brochures to hand out, we just let the work speak for itself when the goods arrive. The weather in Satara is usually decent, which makes working in the MIDC area a bit better than the more humid cities.
