Anspa Nidhi Limited is located over in Dhankawdi. If you know Satara Road, you’ll find us in the Sukhmani Apartment building. We are in Room Number 2, which is right on the S. No. 25/16 plot. It’s a small space, but it fits us just fine. Being in an apartment building means it feels more like a home than a stiff office. We have neighbors living right next to where we work. Dhankawdi is a busy part of town. There’s always noise from the traffic on Satara Road, but you get used to it after a while. We started here because the location made sense. It’s easy for people to reach us without going all the way into the city center. The room itself is simple. We have our desks and chairs and everything we need to keep things moving. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy furniture. It’s just a workspace. Most days it’s just us handling the paperwork and talking to whoever drops by. Sukhmani Apartment is a well-known spot in the area. If you ask around, someone will show you which way to go. We like the local feel of the place. It keeps us grounded and focused on the tasks at hand. There isn't much space for a big waiting room, so people just wait their turn in the hall or in Room 2. It’s a very basic and honest way to run things. We like it this way.
