Ajantha Foods And Spices

Our shop, Ajantha Foods And Spices, is located at 1055 in Hajarmachi. We are right near the Ogalewadi Railway Station in the Tal Karad area. You can hear the trains passing by all the time, which is something we have just gotten used to over the years. Being near the station is handy for getting our supplies in and sending our spices out. We have a small building where we do all the processing and packing. It’s not a modern facility, but it gets the job done. The air is always thick with the scent of ground spices, and we have bags of raw materials stacked up against the walls. We spend most of our time at the packing table, making sure everything is sealed up tight. Hajarmachi is a small place, so we know most of our neighbors and the people who work at the station. We aren't a big corporation; we are just local people working with food and spices. Some days the machinery gives us a bit of trouble, and we have to spend time fixing it ourselves. It’s all part of the daily routine here in Tal Karad. We don't have any grand plans for expansion or anything like that. We just want to keep the shop running and make sure the spices we produce are handled correctly. It’s a steady pace of life and we are quite content with how things are going for us.
