Out here on the Pune Satara Road, things are a bit different than being in the middle of a big city. We are located in Shirwal, specifically near Shindewadi Taluka, so it's a bit of a trek for some of us to get to work every day. The facility at 322/323 is where we spend most of our time dealing with packaging. It’s a lot of machines and keeping track of materials coming in and out. Sometimes the road gets really backed up with trucks, which can be a bit of a headache when we’re waiting on a shipment. In the village area, you get a sense of the local life while we are busy inside the plant. We have people from all around the nearby areas working here. It’s a practical environment. We don’t have much time for standing around. There’s always some packaging line that needs attention or some stock that needs to be moved to the warehouse. The weather in Satara can be quite varied, so we just adjust as we go. It’s a large space, and sometimes it feels a bit cold in the mornings before everyone gets started. We usually just have our lunch together and talk about whatever is happening in the village or on the news. It’s just a group of people trying to do a good job with the pharma packs and making sure everything is wrapped up right before the trucks take them away for delivery.
