Shree Natha Hitech Agro Nursery

Shree Natha Hitech Agro Nursery is located out in Saswad. It is a bit of a drive to get out here but it’s worth it for the space we have for the plants. Most of my day is spent outside in the dirt, checking on the saplings and making sure the irrigation is working right. Saswad has the kind of weather that works well for what we grow. We have all sorts of stuff here, from small fruit trees to decorative plants for gardens. It’s a lot of manual labor, digging and potting and moving bags of soil around. My boots are usually covered in mud by noon. We don’t have a fancy storefront; it’s just the nursery and the rows of green. People come from the surrounding areas when they want something specific for their farms or backyards. The sun can be quite strong in the middle of the day, so we usually take a break under the shade of the bigger trees. It’s a quiet life compared to the city, but it’s never lazy. There is always something that needs watering or pruning. We just focus on the plants and making sure they are healthy before they go to their new homes. Being in Saswad gives us the room we need to do things properly without being cramped like a city shop. It’s just us and the land, working through the seasons as they come.
