S.V.P. College

S.V.P. College is out in Bhabua, specifically in the Kaimur district of Bihar. The address is just V.P. College Bhabua, and everyone around here knows where that is. It is a fairly large place compared to some of the smaller schools in the area. We have older students here, so the vibe is a bit different. There is a lot of walking back and forth between the different sections of the building. The walls are thick and painted a simple off-white color that shows the age of the place. We spend a lot of time dealing with exams and registration forms, which means the office is always full of stacks of paper. During the summer, it gets incredibly hot in Bihar, so we rely on the big ceiling fans to keep things moving. The common areas often have groups of students standing around talking between their sessions. We have a library that is mostly full of old textbooks and some newspapers that people leave behind. It isn't a fancy institution with a lot of funding, just a practical college where people come to get their work done. We try to keep the grounds tidy, but with so many people coming in from the district, it is a constant job. It’s a busy, dusty, and honest place that has been serving Bhabua for quite a while now. We just take it one day at a time.
