Maa Mundeshwari Dall Mil

We've been running this mill at Ward No. 5 for quite some time now. It's located right on the Bhabhua - Adhaura Road, not far from SVP College. If you pass by, you can usually hear the machines going from the street. We handle different types of pulses here at Maa Mundeshwari Dall Mil. It gets pretty dusty inside during the peak season when the farmers bring their harvest in from the fields. Mostly, we just focus on getting the work done and making sure the dal is processed properly before it goes out to the local shops. My brother and I manage things on the floor while a few others help with the bags. The college students walk past every morning, and the road gets a bit busy with trucks coming through. It isn't a fancy setup, just a regular workplace where we spend most of our daylight hours. We’ve kept the mill at No 197 for years because the location works well for the transport vehicles and the local farmers. Some days are longer than others, especially when a big shipment arrives late in the evening and needs unloading. We just take it day by day, fixing the machines when they break and keeping the inventory moving. It’s hard work, but it keeps the family busy and serves the neighborhood people who need their grains cleaned and split. That is basically what happens here at our little spot near the college.
