Zenspark Ventures Private Limited

We are based in Zirakpur at Savitry Greens, specifically in Tower 11, Flat 503. Zenspark Ventures Private Limited isn't your typical office building setup since we operate out of a residential complex on VIP Road. It makes for a bit of a different vibe compared to the industrial parks in Mohali. Usually, you have to talk to the security gate at the entrance of Savitry Greens before coming up to see us. The view from the fifth floor is alright, though mostly you just see other towers and the traffic building up on VIP Road below. It gets pretty congested out there in the evenings. We started this because we wanted a space that felt a bit more like home and less like a cold office. There are always people walking their dogs or kids playing downstairs, so it never feels too quiet. Inside the flat, we have set up our desks and computers. It’s a bit tight when everyone is in at the same time, but it works for what we need. We spend a lot of time on calls or working through projects. Sometimes the lift takes forever, so we end up waiting around in the lobby talking to neighbors. It’s a decent place to run a business like ours. We don't have any big signs outside, just the number on the door.
