You can find Yutika Welfare Foundation over at Khasra No. 905/2. We are situated right near the Highway Hotel on National Highway No. 162 in Dhandheri. It is a bit of a dusty spot because of all the trucks and cars zooming by on the highway, but we are easy to spot. The hotel is a good landmark if you are looking for us. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the unique issues that come with being so close to a major road. There is always someone stopping by who needs a bit of help or directions. We are a small foundation, and we mostly focus on the welfare of the people living in the Dhandheri area. Life out here near the highway can be tough, and things move very fast. We try to be a place where people can slow down for a minute. We do not have a lot of money or resources, so we just do what we can with what we have. Most of our days are spent talking to local laborers or the families who live nearby. We might be helping someone with paperwork or just giving them a place to sit out of the sun. It is honest work and we do not try to make it sound like more than it is. We are just a part of the Dhandheri landscape now, right there by the highway hotel.
