We are set up in Kang Complex, right across from Punjabi University in Urban Estate Phase-2. It’s a handy spot because there is always something happening outside. Being in Shop 5 means we see a lot of students and locals passing by every day. Wilqo Media started because we wanted to do something with advertisements without making it a whole big formal thing. It’s mostly just a few of us here. The shop is a bit small but it fits our desks and the equipment we need. Sometimes it gets a little loud with the traffic outside, but you get used to it. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. Usually, one of us is just leaning over a monitor or talking on the phone about a project. We handle a lot of different media stuff. It’s honest work. Some days are slower than others, but we usually have enough to keep us busy until it's time to lock up. We've been in this part of town for a bit now and it feels like home. Being near the university gives the area a good vibe. We don't use fancy titles or wear suits. It’s just jeans and shirts and getting the job done. If a bulb blows out, we fix it ourselves. We just focus on the ads and try to make sure everything looks right before it goes out.
