Waterfowl Foundation

Ludhiana is known for its industries, and that’s exactly where you’ll find the Waterfowl Foundation. We are located at Number 3 in the Industrial Area-A Extension. It’s a bit of a gritty area with a lot of factories and warehouses around us, but it’s home. The air is always full of the sound of machines and trucks moving, but inside our space, it’s a bit different. We started this foundation because we saw a lot of things that needed fixing in the industrial zones. It’s not a pretty part of town, and most visitors don't come this way unless they have business here. We don't have a lot of furniture or decorations, just the basics to keep things running. Our team is small, mostly people who work nearby or live in the surrounding colonies. We don't spend much time on the computer or making fancy plans. Mostly, we are out and about, seeing what’s happening on the ground. Sometimes we sit on the old plastic chairs outside the office and just talk to the workers passing by. It’s a practical way to run things. We don't have a big budget for extras, so every bit we have goes directly into the work we do. It’s a no-nonsense kind of place, which fits perfectly with the vibe of Industrial Area-A.
