You can find us at SCO 9 in Sector 82, Mohali. This area has really picked up lately with all the new businesses moving in. Vintage Promoters And Developers Private is just a group of us working out of this space. It’s not a huge operation, which is fine by us. We spend our mornings looking at land records and our afternoons meeting with contractors. It’s a lot of legwork. Sector 82 is a good spot because it’s easy to get to other parts of Mohali from here. We don’t have a big fancy reception desk or anything. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of maps on the walls. We’ve been in the 160055 area long enough to know how things work around here. Sometimes the internet goes slow or we have to wait on the rain to stop before we can get to a site, but we manage. We aren’t into those polished sales pitches. We just tell people what the situation is with a piece of land or a building project. It’s practical, everyday work. Punjab is a busy place for development, and we’re just one small part of that. We take pride in just being regular people doing a job. If you walk into SCO 9, you’ll probably see us knee-deep in paperwork or on the phone. That’s just the way it is here.
