Vedarth Real Estates Private Limited

We are located at A-89 in Sector 70. It’s a decent spot for a real estate office because it's easy for people to find us when they’re driving through the sector. We spend most of our time here talking to people about land and buildings. It’s not always exciting work, to be honest. There’s a lot of waiting for calls to be returned and checking on listings that might have changed since the morning. Our office is just a room with a few desks and a fan that clicks a bit too loud when it’s on high. We’ve been meaning to get it fixed, but you know how these things go. We just keep working around it. Being a private limited company in the real estate world means we have to stay on top of a lot of rules, so we spend plenty of time reading through documents. It’s a local business, through and through. We know the streets around Sector 70 pretty well. Sometimes we just walk around the block to see what’s new or if any new signs have gone up. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone like that. It’s just us doing the daily grind. We try to be helpful when someone walks in with a question, but we don't make a big deal out of it. It’s just how we run the place. We don't really have any big plans to expand right now.
