Trufood Dairy Private Limited is located at PLOT NO 1265-C, SECTOR-82, JLPL. If you know the area, you know it is mostly industrial and commercial plots. We deal with dairy products, so our day starts way before the sun is even up. That is when the milk arrives, and we have to get everything into the cooling tanks right away. It is a lot of physical work, lifting heavy cans and making sure the temperatures stay exactly where they need to be. The floors are almost always wet because we are constantly washing things down to keep everything clean and safe. It can get quite cold in the storage areas, which is a nice break from the Punjab heat in the summer, but it is tough in the winter when the air is damp. We are just a local dairy company, nothing too big or fancy. We have a few trucks that go out early in the morning to make deliveries across the city. The office is just a small room in the corner of the plot with a couple of desks and a lot of logbooks. We don't use a lot of fancy technology, just basic machines that have been working fine for years. It is a quiet enough life, mostly just focused on the product and the daily routine. We just try to do the job right and make sure the milk is fresh every single day for the people who need it.
