Trufood Bakery Private Limited

Trufood Bakery Private Limited is located at Plot No 1265-C in Sector-82, JLPL. This is an industrial sector, so there are a lot of other businesses around us. It’s not a very pretty area, just lots of grey buildings and trucks. But inside our plot, it’s a different story. It smells like yeast and sugar. We have big industrial ovens because we make quite a lot of stuff. The noise from the other units in Sector-82 is always there in the background. We don't have a fancy office. Our desk is just a corner of the warehouse with a phone and some papers. We spend most of our time on the floor, checking the batches. JLPL is a busy hub. We get our ingredients delivered in bulk. Managing the inventory is a big part of the job. Sometimes the heat in the bakery gets to be too much, especially in June. We just drink a lot of water and keep moving. We aren't trying to be the biggest bakery in the world. We just want to get through the daily orders. We have a few delivery vans that go out every morning. The drivers are always in a rush. It’s a fast-paced environment but we try to keep it friendly. It’s just a group of us working hard in Sector-82 to make things work.
