We are based in Phase 3B2 in Mohali, specifically at SCF 47. If you know this area, you know it’s always moving. Our office, Touchstone Overseas Students Application Centre LLP, is right in the thick of things. It’s a standard commercial space, nothing too special to look at from the outside. Inside, we’ve got rows of computers and a lot of chairs for people who come in to fill out their forms. The air conditioner hums all day, and there is usually a line of people waiting to talk about their applications. We don't do anything flashy here. We just take the documents, check the boxes, and try to make sure everything is sent to the right place. Mohali is a hub for students, so we see a lot of different faces every week. Some people are nervous, some are excited, and we just sit there and process the paperwork. The desks are usually covered in files and sticky notes. It can get a bit chaotic during the peak season when everyone wants to submit their things at once. We don't have a big marketing team or anything; we just rely on people seeing our sign in the market. It’s a practical job. We show up, we handle the applications, and we go home. It’s been our routine for a long time now in Phase 3B2, and we have gotten used to the fast pace of the market.
