Tiny Tulips Foundation

Tiny Tulips Foundation is based out of Flat 604 in the D Block of Vrindavan Garden. It’s over in Peer Muchalla, Dera Bassi. Since we are in an apartment complex, it feels very personal and small-scale. We don't have a big storefront or anything fancy. Usually, you’ll find one of us sitting at the dining table going over paperwork or talking on the phone with someone who needs help. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we have more than a couple of visitors at once, but we make it work. Living and working in the same place means we are basically always open, even if we shouldn't be. Peer Muchalla is a growing area, and there are a lot of young families around here, which is why we started this in the first place. We don't have a board of directors or anything like that. It’s just a few of us trying to make a difference in our own apartment block and the ones nearby. Sometimes we meet down in the common garden area if the flat is too crowded. It’s a very informal way to run things, but it’s the only way we know how. We don't use big words or have long-term strategies. We just see a problem and try to fix it using whatever we have at hand.
