Termico Engineers & Erectors Private Limited is located at Kothi No. 868 in Phase 7 of S.A.S. Nagar. We aren't in a big industrial park; we work out of this spot which feels more like a home office setup. It's a quiet area for the most part, which helps when we need to focus on engineering plans. We handle a lot of technical work and installation stuff. Our days are usually split between the office here and various job sites where the actual erecting happens. It's mostly tools, blueprints, and a few computers scattered around. We have a small team of engineers and technicians who have been doing this for a long time. S.A.S. Nagar has been our base because it’s central to many of the places we need to reach. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby. If you come by, you might have to wait a minute for someone to come to the door if we're in the back working on something. We prefer it this way. It’s simple and keeps our costs down so we can just spend our energy on the engineering side of things. Sometimes the office gets messy with all the parts and drawings, but we know where everything is. It’s just a group of us trying to do solid work without any extra fluff. We usually drink tea together in the afternoon while discussing whatever project is on the desk. It’s not fancy, but it works for us and has for years. We like the trees on this street too. They provide some nice shade in the afternoon.
