We’ve been sitting here at Sco 22 in Sunny Enclave for a while now. Sector 125 is a busy spot, especially with all the cars going by throughout the day. People usually find us easily because we’re right in the middle of things here. It's a small team at Tarman Ekam Developers Private Limited, mostly just us trying to keep things moving. We deal with building stuff and paperwork most days. The office gets a bit dusty sometimes because of the construction nearby, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. Sometimes the tea guy is late, and that’s the biggest drama of our morning. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a few desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of blueprints spread out everywhere. People walk in with questions about plots or how the local area is changing. We try to answer what we can. It’s not a big corporate setup. It feels more like a place where you can just sit down and talk about what’s happening in Sunny Enclave. We know the neighbors and the shopkeepers nearby. There's always someone popping in for a quick chat. It’s a practical way to run things, really. We just show up every morning, unlock the doors, and get to work on whatever project is currently on the desk. That's pretty much what our day looks like here in Sector 125.
